Do you use a noisemaker or fan? Those work wonders! Johnson's lavender baby lotion (don't laugh) is GREAT and it helps me relax.Wine, I think, makes me go to sleep faster but it adversely affects the quality of sleep through the night (I've done some research on this. I require an embarrassing amount of sleep). Instead, have a cup of chamomile tea.Zzzzzzzz
Sleepy Time tea! It's great with a little lemon and honey right before bed...Also write down all of your thoughts before you go to sleep. That may get them out of your mind and help. Good luck!!
